    BBQ Grilled Chicken Kabobs

    Great Substitute: Substitute 1 package (14 oz.) turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces, for chicken. Grill 18 minutes or until turkey sausage is heated through and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently and brushing with barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Serve with additional barbecue sauce. WWPoints

    Serves: 4 (2 kabobs each)

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
    1 bottle (18 oz.) barbecue sauce
    8 wooden skewers

    Arrange chicken and vegetables alternately on skewers.

    Place kabobs on grill over medium coals.

    Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
