    Honey Mustard Salmon

    Grill - Broil WW Points
    Serves: 4

    2 T. snipped fresh dillweed..OR..1 tsp. dried crumbled dill weed
    2 T. Dijon mustard
    1 T. honey
    6 salmon filets (about 4 oz., each)
    Vegetable oil spray, (optional)

    Preheat Grill on high or preheat broiler to 450º. In a small bowl, whisk together the first 3 ingredients.

    Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Brush mustard mixture over the flesh side of the salmon.

    If broiling fish, spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray. Put fish, skin side down on grill or baking sheet. Grill or broil about 6 in. from heat for about 6 minutes or until the thickest part and sides are beginning to flake when tested with a fork. Fish will cook a little more after you remove it from the heat.

    One 3 oz. serving of fish equals: 152 calories…23 gm protein…4 gm carbohydrate…84 mg cholesterol…4 gm fat (1 gm saturated; 1 gm polyunsaturated; 2 gm monounsaturated)…0 fiber…177 mg sodium. ++++ WWP: 5.6
