Serves: 4
1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed…(cover and refreeze the rest)
1 T. water
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak
In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Trim fat from beef. Place beef on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush with juice mixture. Broil about 4-in. from heat for 8 minutes. Brush with juice mixture, turn and brush again.
Broil for 8-10 minutes more or until desired doneness, brushing once again with remaining juice mixture. Slice steak to serve.
