Orange barbecued Turkey Grill/ Broil
Plan ahead…needs to marinate 6 hours or overnight
Serves: 5
5 turkey breast steaks (1-1/4 lb.)
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peep
2 tsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire cause
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Place turkey in a shallow baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove turkey; discard marinate. Grill or Broil turkey until juices run clear, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Do Not Overcook.
