    Pork: Oriental Pork Chops -- e

    Oriental Pork Chops - Grill
    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for 4-8 hours
    Serves: 4

    3 T. lite soy sauce
    3 T. honey
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 T. olive or vegetable oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 boneless pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-in thick)

    In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add pork and turn to coat. Seal or cover, refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
