Perfect Garlic Bread (Grill)
Serves: 8
Reynolds Wrap� Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 loaf French or Italian bread
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
PREHEAT oven to 400�F or preheat grill to low.
TEAR off a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil long enough to wrap bread; set aside.
SLICE bread into thick slices, cutting down but not all the way through the bottom crust. Place bread on foil sheet.
COMBINE margarine, garlic powder and parsley; brush mixture over cut surface of each slice and top of bread.
WRAP bread in foil; place on cookie sheet.
BAKE 10 minutes. Fold foil back and CONTINUE BAKING uncovered 8 to 10 minutes longer or until heated through and top is golden brown OR
GRILL 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through on low in covered grill, turning twice.
