    Taste of Summer Chicken

    Plan ahead…needs to marinate at least 8 hours or overnight WW Points
    Exchanges
    Serves: 6

    3/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3/4 c. white wine…or…white grape juice
    6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lbs.)

    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 3 ingredients. Add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

    One serving equals: 140 calories…3 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…63 mg cholesterol…151 mg sodium…3 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…23 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 3 lean meat ++++ WWP: 3.5
