    Pumpkin Pecan Frozen Yogurt

    1 qt. fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
    1/2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a freezer container; freeze until serving. Sprinkle each serving with pecans.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: 161 calories…3 gm fat (trace saturated)…2 gm cholesterol…69 mg sodium…30 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…5 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 2 starch
