CITRUS MARINADE
About 1/2-cup marinade
1 tablespoon chopped fresh...or... 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients. Use to marinate 1 pound pork, chicken or fish; bake, broil or grill meat.
