Fajita Cones

Serves; 4
3/4 lb. lean beef flank steak
4 (10-in.) flour tortillas
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/3 c. chopped sweet red onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
Trim all visible fat from beef. Place on ungreased broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4-in. from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, until well browned and to desired doneness. Stack tortillas and wrap in foil. Slice meat diagonally into thin strips; cut into 1-1/2-in. pieces.
In a 1-qt. casserole, combine the next 4 ingredients and meat; cover; place in oven Heat tortillas and meat mixture at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until warm. Drain meat.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and meat. Cut tortillas in half; form cone shapes. Spoon meat mixture into tortilla cones
