Blueberry Cobbler

4 cups blueberries, thawed if frozen
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. instant tapioca
1/4 cups sugar
1 c. granulated Splenda , 'divided'
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten lightly
2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup sugarand 1/4 cup Splenda in a 9 inch baking dish. Set aside 5 minutes.
Combine remaining Splenda, flour and baking powder in a food processor or bowl and mix thoroughly. Add beaten egg and process until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle flour mixture over blueberries. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbly. people.
