    Roasted Pepper Pizza -- e - w

    Roasted Pepper Pizza
    Serves: 8

    1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
    2 T. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 medium bell peppers (red, green, or yellow or any combination), sliced into 1-in. strips
    2/3 c. light spaghetti sauce
    1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 450-F. Coat a 12-in. pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Using your fingertips or heal of your hand, spread the dough so that it covers the bottom of the pan.

    In a small bowl, combine the next 4 ingredients. Add bell peppers; toss to coat, then place in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until peppers are fork-tender.

    Spread sauce over dough; sprinkle with cheese. Place roasted peppers over cheese. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crisp is crisp and brown. Cut and serve.
