    Hawaiian Pork Chops -- w

    Low-Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook – Coffee & Cale
    Hawaiian Pork Chops
    Serves: 4

    4 lean pork chops (1/2-in thick)
    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices in its own juice
    2 T. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Place pork chops in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Mix 3 T. of reserved pineapple juice with brown sugar and nutmeg. Spoon half of mixture over chops. Top with pineapple slices; spoon remaining juice mixture over pineapple. Cover and bake at 350-F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer; spooning sauce over chops occasionally.

    One serving equals: 305 calories…10 gm fat (3 gm saturated)…78 mg sodium…37 gm protein…13 gm carbohydrate…93 mg cholesterol…0.5 gm fiber +++WWP:7
