    Honey-Mustard Pork Chops – e-w

    Honey-Mustard Pork Chops – e-w
    Serves: 4

    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    2 T. honey
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 5-oz. bone-in center-cut pork chops
    Cooking spray

    Preheat oven to 400º. In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Place pork chops in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard mixture over pork chops and spread to coat.

    Bake pork chops in oven 30 minutes or until done.

    One pork chop equals: 202 calories…7 gm fat (2 gm saturated)…59 mg cholesterol…543 mg sodium…12 gm carbohydrate…0 gm fiber…12 gm sugars…24 gm protein +++EXC: 3 lean meat…1 carbohydrate +++WWP: 5
