Ingredients for 8 Servings
4 lb Boneless pork rib-end roast
3/4 c Orange marmalade
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
Roast pork in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients for basting glaze. Continue to roast pork for 20 to 30 minutes more, basting glaze. Continue to roast pork for 20 to30 minutes more, basting occasionally with glaze, until meat thermometer reaches 155 to 160 degrees F.
Let roast stand 10 minutes before carving. Preparation Time: 5 minutes,Cooking Time: 60 minutes.
