Garlic Mashed Potatoes

To lower sodium....cut back or leave out salt....Use salt-free seasoning.
Servings: 6
2 pounds medium baking potatoes, quartered
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes or until tender. Drain in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Return potatoes to pan. Add reserved cooking liquid and remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth.
One 1-cup serving equals: 155 Calories; 3g Total Fat; (14% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 29g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 125mg Sodium; 2 g Fiber
