Chicken “Ribs” -- e-w
Plan ahead…needs to chill for at least 4 hours or better overnight.
Serves: 12
1 10-1/2-oz. can condensed beef broth
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. light soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. red food coloring
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 450º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place chicken strips on the baking sheet, discarding remaining marinade. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn chicken over; bake for 8 to 10 minutes more, or until no pink remains in the chicken and is glazed. Serve immediately.
