    Pistachio-Pineapple Pudding

    1 ounce pistachio-flavored pudding mix (instant and sugar-free)
    8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
    8 ounces vanilla low-fat yogurt
    8 ounces unsweetened crushed pineapple -- drained
    1 cup frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping -- thawed
    6 tablespoons frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping -- thawed

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Cover and chill.

    To serve, spoon 1/2 cup pudding into each of 6 individual bowls; top each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
