Pumpkin Pudding

1 8-oz. carton lite vanilla yogurt
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
