1 c. 1% buttermilk
1/2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salad Greens and vegetables of your choice
In a food processor, combine the first 9 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve over salad. Store in the refrigerator.
