Apple Broccoli Salad
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
2 McIntosh, Empire or Cortland apples
3 C fresh raw broccoli, cut up
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1 Tbs chopped red onion
1/3 C raisins
1/2 C vanilla low-fat yogurt
Core and chop apples. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed or lettuce.
