- 3 medium carrots, grated
- 3 green onions, trimmed and sliced
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve. If you are not eating this immediately, cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
