Sour Cream Cucumber Salad -- e
Serves: 6
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1 T. white vinegar
Dash white pepper
1/4 c. light sour cream
Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain liquid. Add the next 3 ingredients. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
