Wilted Green Salad

10 c. torn leaf lettuce
6 c. torn fresh spinach
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. water
2 T. canola oil
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp. sugar
4 Turkey Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
In a large salad bowl, toss the first 3 ingredients; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring the next 4 ingredients to a boil. Pour over lettuce and toss to coat; sprinkle with bacon bits. Serve Immediately.
