Cha Cha Cha Salsa
3 medium Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped
2 (4-ounce) cans diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
Combine apples, chilies, raisins, onions, vinegar, sugar and cumin in medium bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with grilled chicken or pork.
