Spicy Salsa
Plan ahead…needs to sit for 30 to 60 minutes to blend flavors
Yield: 5 servings (makes 2-1/2 cups)
- One 14-15 ounce can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped radishes
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- One 4-oz can chopped green chilies or jalapeno peppers, drained
- 2 green onions with green tops, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all the ingredients, mix well. Leave at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes for flavors to mingle.
