Colorful Chicken Croissants
Serves: 4
2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. sliced almonds
3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 T. chopped red onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
Optional: 4 croissants split
In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 c. into each croissant.
