Tuna Salad Pitas --w

9 oz. white chunk tuna in water
1/2 c. diced seeded tomato
1/2 c. diced seeded cucumber, unpeeled
1/4 c. + 2 T. fat-free, cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1 T. finely snipped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
Dash hot pepper sauce
5 6-1/2 �in. whole wheat pita breads
5 small pieces leaf lettuce
Combine tuna salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until thoroughly chilled. Split each pita carefully around top edge, about 1/3 of the circumference of the bread. Put lettuce leaf and about 1/2 c. tuna mixture in each pita.
