Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
Plan ahead…needs to chill 1 hour.

Yield: about 1-1/4 cups…
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, shredded and drained
1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 T. chopped fresh dill…OR…1 tsp. dried dill weed
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
One serving (2 Tablespoons) equals: 10 calories…0 fat…0 cholesterol…40 mg sodium…2 gm carbohydrate…1 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: Free Food
