    Dark Chocolate Sauce - ww

    Dark Chocolate Sauce

    Serves: 8

    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    1 T. cornstarch
    1/2 c. reduced fat milk
    1/4 c. strong brewed coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla

    In a saucepan. Combine the first 3 ingredients. Stir in milk and coffee until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2- minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Store in the refrigerator.

    One 2-Tablespoon serving equals: 77 calories…1 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…1 mg cholesterol…16 mg sodium…18 gm carbohydrate…2 gm fiber…2 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 starch ++++ WWP: 1
