    Dill Sauce -- e

    The Complete Quick & Hearty Diabetic Cookbook
    Dill Sauce
    Plan ahead…needs to chill 1-2 hours
    Yield: 16 Tablespoons

    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 T. low-fat mayonnaise
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. dried dill weed OR 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    Fresh ground pepper

    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into container, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Great for Fish

    1 Tablespoon equals: 10 calories (5 from fat)…1 gm fat…1 mg cholesterol…1 gm carbohydrate…0 protein…18 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: Free Food
