    Fat-Free Tartar Sauce -- e

    "Diabetic Low-fat & No Fat Meals in Minutes" - M.J. Smith, R.D.
    Fat-Free Tartar Sauce
    To lower sodium; use reduced-sodium dill pickles
    Yield: 2 cups

    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
    1 T. dried parsley
    2 T. finely chopped pimento
    2 tsp. dried onion
    1/4 tsp. curry powder

    Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir to mix well. Refrigerate for use with baked or grilled fish fillets.

    One 1/4 c. serving equals: 44 calories...0 fat...2 gm protein...9 gm carbohydrate...2 mg cholesterol...470 mg. sodium ++++ Exchanges: 1/2 starch
