    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Exchanges
    Serves: 16

    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    3 T. tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 T. Tomatoes, finely chopped

    Combine the first 3 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Stir in tomato. Serve chilled as a sandwich spread…or…warm over cooked vegetables

    One 1 Tablespoon serving equals: 9 calories…0 gm fat…113 mg sodium…0 gm protein…2 m carbohydrate…0 mg cholesterol…0 gm fiber ++++ Exchanges: 1 T. = Free Food
