Ginger Soy Sauce --e

1/2 c. lite soy sauce
2 T. sesame sauce
2 T. rice vinegar
1 T. grated fresh ginger
1 T. dry sherry
1 tsp. granulated sugar substitute
Combine all ingredients in a small jar, cover tightly; shake vigorously until well blended. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
