    Horseradish Sauce for Veggies -- e-w

    Horseradish Sauce for Veggies
    Yield: 1 cup

    1 c. (8 oz.) reduced fat sour cream
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    Pinch salt

    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until heated through. Serve immediately.

    One 2 T. serving equals: 42 calories…3 gm fat (2 gm saturated)…10 mg cholesterol…58 mg sodium…2 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…2 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 fat +++WWP:1
