Blueberry Sauce - w
Yield: 1-2/3 cups
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. chopped crystallized ginger – or – 1 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. frozen blueberries, thawed
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add blueberries. Return to a boil; cook 1 minute. Cool.
