Dark Chocolate Sauce -- w
Yield: 1 cup
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 T. sifted powdered sugar
1 T. cornstarch
2/3 c. light-colored corn syrup
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in corn syrup and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or chilled over ice milk, nonfat frozen yogurt or angel food cake
