Apple Raisin Baked Beans
Makes 6 to 8 side-dish servings. .
2 cans (16oz) vegetarian baked beans
1 -cooking apple cored
1/4-1/2 c raisins
1 T. minced dried onion, optional
Cook on top of your range: In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring once or twice.
