Bulgur Pilaf
Serves: 4
1 can (13 3/4 to 14 1/2 ounces) reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Pinch nutmeg
1 cup bulgur
Thyme sprigs for garnish
In 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 cups. In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth mixture, thyme, and nutmeg to boiling over high heat. Add bulgur; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Garnish each serving with a thyme sprig.
