Microwave Baked Beans
Makes 4 servings
1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons dried onion bits
In a 1-quart round microwave-safe baking dish, mix all ingredients. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high 4 minutes; stir ingredients, cover and microwave on high for 5 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
