Lemon Broccoli Pasta
Serves: 4
2 cans (14-1/2 oz., each) reduced-sodium reduced-fat chicken broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta
3 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. nonfat sour cream
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
In a saucepan combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and broccoli. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain; stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese.
