    Plan ahead…needs to chill overnight.
    Exchanges
    Serves: 12 (3 qts.)

    1 can (46 oz.) light and tangy V-8 juice
    2 large tomatoes, chopped and seeded
    1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
    3 celery ribs, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill overnight.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 39 calories…411 mg sodium…0 cholesterol…9 gm carbohydrate…1 gm protein…trace fat ++++ Exchanges: 2 vegetable
