One-Dish Oven Beef Stew

1 lb. stew meat, trimmed well, and cut into 1-in. pieces
3 c. no-salt-added beef broth
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 carrots, cleaned and cut into chunks
3 ribs of celery, diced
1 large onion, peeled and quartered
1 can (16 oz.) chunky tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
1 tsp. dried parsley
Combine all ingredients in a deep baking dish. Cover and bake at 325� for at least 4 hours. Stew may be baked as long as 6 hours. Remove cover during last 45 minutes of cooking.
