1 Tbsp Canola oil
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 co Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1 c Carrots, sliced
2 c Cabbage, shredded
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
Ground ginger to taste
Light soy sauce to taste
Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the canola oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté until crisp-tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Season with ginger and light soy sauce.
