    V: Snow Peas & Water Chestnuts

    Yield: 4 Servings (as a side dish)

    - 2 cups fresh snow peas
    - 1 (8-oz.) can (1 cup) sliced water chestnuts
    - 2 teaspoons walnut oil
    - Dash sesame oil
    - Salt and pepper to taste

    Trim ends and strings off snow peas. Rinse and drain water
    chestnuts. Dry on paper towel.

    In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat walnut oil and sesame oil. Add snow peas and stir-fry about 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts and stir-fry 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
