Makes: 4 Servings
- 2 acorn squash, cut into 1/4-inch rings, seeded
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free pancake syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer rings of squash and apple
in casserole dish, top with pancake syrup, cinnamon, and water. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
