Parmesan Broccoli and Mushrooms

1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 4-1/2-oz. jar Sliced mushrooms (drained
2 T. fat free margarine
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
While broccoli is still warm, combine remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
