    Servings 4

    - 1 pound fresh green beans
    - 1 medium-size red bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

    Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.

    One serving equals: Calories: 84, Cholesterol: 0 mg, Carbohydrates: 7 g, Protein: 2 g, Sodium: 305 mg, Fat: 4 g ++++ Exchanges: 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat
