Baked Orange French Toast

Recipe Introduction
This orange-flavored version of French toast is baked instead of fried, resulting in a crispier product that has just a smidgen of fat. Best of all, baking the French toast means you can cook enough for the entire family at once. Prepare the night before and keep the pan covered with plastic wrap, in the refrigerator. Remove plastic before baking and add about 10 minutes to the baking time (approx 25 minutes).
