Baked Chicken with Rice

List of Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked long grain race
- 1 large or 2 medium sweet onions, chopped
- 1 large or 2 small green bell peppers, chopped
- 6 chicken bouillion cubes
- 4 cups boiling water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chopped onions and peppers in bottom of deep, lidded or coverable baking dish.
- Evenly distribute rice over onions and peppers.
- Place chicken breasts on top of rice in single layer.
- Dissolve chicken bouillion in boiling water, and carefully pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is well done.
